Paterson Grain has been handling Canadian grain exports and building relationships with quality producers for the better part of the last century. The company commenced operations in 1908 and over the years has diversified into value-added services and products. The company provides agricultural expertise and a variety of services to its loyal producer group including, consultation services, crop-input services for seed, fertilizer and other crop applications. Our producers grow the finest quality grains and oil seeds in the world and we are there with our knowledge and expertise to help export these crops to market.

Paterson has grown to include grain transportation, freight logistics, exports of organic and other specialty crops, and has recently acquired a Canadian flour mill that produces high quality organic and conventional flours known for consistency and high Gluten strength. Patersons also handles Certified Organic Commodities through its wholly owned subsidiary Growers International Organic Sales Inc. and ships organic Canadian Wheat, Durum and Flax as well as Non GMO Soybeans globally.

The business plan of GGA has been to segregate the business into two areas. Commodity trading, including commodities such as wheat, barley, sorghum, pulses, canola, birdseeds & cottonseed. This business has been most active with trade-to-trade business but GGA also sees enormous value in developing this business inline with direct grower acquisitions. GGA participates in both domestic and export opportunities. Taking advantage of local relationships within Australia and the vast network of PGF within the international marketplace.

Specialty crops and organics is the other primary focus of GGA. This includes all organically produced broad acre crops as well as conventionally grown specialty crops such as safflower, linseed, sunflower and mustard. GGA are the largest exporter of organic and specialty oilseeds and oil from Australia, whilst also maintaining a strong presence in the domestic market.

Both Canada and Australia are large primary producers and enormous synergies exist between the two countries, GGA/NMP are seeking to tap into this opportunity for the benefit of itself, growers and global end consumers.
